Shipping

All items in stock will be shipped as soon as possible. Everything you see on the website is in stock unless otherwise noted on the product description. Since items that go out of stock are removed instantly from the site, we have an ever changing list of items. If you don't see something you were looking for, come back in a day or two and have another look or contact us. One thing we strive for is fast shipping and displaying only items that are in stock. We ship 99% of all our orders within 24 hours. Most items are shipped the same day.

Shipping Method

We ship 90% of all items using the US Postal System Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Why? Because everything is shipped in a box. In most cases we ship all domestic orders in boxes. We have ordered too many items and had them arrive via Media Mail or first class postage in an envelope, only to have the item folded and creased. You bought a new item and we intend to deliver a new item in new condition. International orders vary. In most cases, International orders are sent Global Priority Mail, in a box. There are occasions when an International Order will be sent in a bubble wrap envelope, but we strive not to.

Cost

Cost to ship in the US is based on the US Postal systems rates. We make ZERO dollars from shipping. What's calculated at checkout is calculated directly from the USPS computer system in real time. In most caes, items less than 1lb run about $4.05-6.05.

International rates vary and can be calculated by visting USPS International Rates- Click Here. Enter destination country and approximate the weight (DVD weighs about 5oz).

IMPORTANT POINT- In the USA Postal World, under 4lbs is considered a LETTER. Select Airmail Letter for orders under 4lbs. Over 4lbs is considered Parcel Post, which is more expensive.

A rough estimate would be about $9 per lb to ship an item which means books can be expensive to send overseas. Keep that in mind when ordering.

Returns

As with most magic, you cannot return the item you bought unless it is broken upon arrival and you wish to exchange it for the exact same product. Custom made items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the manufacturing of the item, in which case, it will be repaired or replaced depending on the defect. Magic Pitch will make the decision to repair or replace the item.
